HARRISON COUNTY HOSPITAL is Hiring an Ultra sonographer, Women's Healthcare Near Georgetown, IN

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a certified Ultra sonographer, OB/GYN experienced preferred.

STATUS: PRN, 2 days/wk, 16-18 hrs/wk

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ARDMS or ARRT (S) registered within 1 year of eligibility.
  • CPR Certified
  • Annual PPD
  • Annual fire/safety training
  • Corporate Compliacne

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Reading and writing for communication and for understanding
  • Verbal language sufficient for patient and co-worker communication
  • Medical Terminology

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate from an approved Ultrasound program.
  • OB/GYN experienced preferred.
  • On-the job training, however registration with ARDMS or ARRT must be obtained within 1 year of meeting the eligibility requirements
  • ARDMS or ARRT registered or eligible (Must obtain registration within 1 year of eligibility).

GENERAL SKILLS:

  • Echo/Ultrasound Procedures
  • Excellent people skills
  • Phone System Operation
  • Basic computer knowledge

AGE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

Works with all age groups.
