Harris is Hiring a Corporate Services Coordinator Near Saint Paul, MN

The purpose of your role as a Corporate Services Coordinator

As a Corporate Services Coordinator, you will monitor the corporate services email inbox, process credit applications, business partner requests, and permit requests. Provide administrative support to construction estimating teams. Allocate purchasing card charges and front desk back-up.

Corporate Support:

  • Set-up and maintain vendors and customers in ERP system
  • Process credit application requests – research verify information and turn around in a timely manner
  • Complete ACH verification calls, ongoing validation
  • Monitor corporate services email inbox

Administrative Support for Construction Estimating Teams:

  • Allocate purchasing card charges for St. Paul Construction Estimating teams
  • Process permit requests
  • Scan, index, and retrieve documents, records, and reports
  • Print CAD drawings
  • Create operations and maintenance manuals, prepare electronic and hard copies
  • Set-up new bid folders, download project documents
  • Utilize Bluebeam to update drawings with revisions
  • Prepare documents utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

General Administrative:

  • Daily scanning/indexing/filing
  • Purchasing card shipping notification emails
  • Coordinate FedEx and courier services
  • Receptionist back-up coverage

What we're looking for in you

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – advanced typing skills
  • 2 years of experience writing business level correspondence
  • 2 years of experience providing administration support to a group or division
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of mechanical contracting preferred

Pay Range: $23.18 - $34.77 per hour

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
