POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting Cash Management Specialist of all cash management products and services. This would include demand deposit accounts, ACH, direct deposit payroll, automated wires, internet banking, remote deposit capture, sweep accounts and lock box. Providing customer support for all cash management customers; installation and training for all cash management software applications; and setup, maintenance and support for cash management products and services. Support auditors and regulatory examiners with audits of the Cash Management Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Open new account as requested by clients and obtain all required documents.

* Scan, upload and label, scanned documents in various shared drives.

* Maintenance accounts on the Account Analysis System.

* Place sweep instructions on Precision.

* Prepare and send Government EFT Letters.

* Track and mail Go 3 Tokens and Mobile Deposit Stamps to clients.

* Prepare and process internal transfers or wire transfers.

* Prepare and track Cash Management documentation sent to clients.

* Ensures the timely and accurate processing of all items received, including the prompt and efficient resolution of all issues.

* Responsible for Cash Management product knowledge and keeping abreast of new products, services and any changes.

* Assists Deposit Operations with the development and implementation of new cash management products and services. This would include any enhancements of existing cash management products and services.

* Provides support for installation of Remote Deposit Capture services over the phone.

* Participates in project conversions and meetings, providing information that would affect present and future project plans that would impact Cash Management products.

* Provides customer service to affiliate account customers for inquiries, issues or complaints.

* Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We offer a hybrid schedule, with 3 days inoffice and 2 days remote after the initial 90-day period.
