Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and maintain customer service procedures and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, store management, inventory control, wireless sales, and retail sales
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in training development, budgeting, interviewing, and performance management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
