Harris Teeter Alexandria Va, Arlington Va. is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Alexandria, VA

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
- Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices and techniques
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Proficiency in math for handling financial transactions and analyzing sales data
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, documentation, and record keeping
- Ability to stock inventory and maintain supply levels as needed
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
