Under supervision of the Director, Budget and Performance of the Harris County Office of Management & Budget (OMB), the Financial Analyst II is responsible for advanced and complex analysis and financial modeling of budget and financial data for county departments and agencies and provides recommendations based on the results of the analysis conducted. In addition, this individual project manages specific department initiatives from launch to implementation, providing leadership and coordination to project team members.
