Position Overview:

Client Technology Analyst (Senior)- provides advanced technical support for end users and exceptional customer service for all customers, including assisting with VIPs. Additionally, leads projects including device and software rollouts, including assistance with planning, documenting, and providing status reports.

Job Duties:

• Provides advanced troubleshooting of PC and other endpoints (tablets, smart phones, etc.), hardware and software issues for users across enterprise.

• Participates in or leads projects including imaging and deploying endpoints (computers, tablets, laptops, smart phones), testing new endpoints, documentation, etc.

• Mentors and manages escalations from Help Desk and intermediate Client Technology Analysts.

• Works with and liaisons other technical teams including Application, Cyber, and Network teams, to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Provides specialized onsite and remote support for emergency activations, County events, and other work as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited educational institution

Experience:

• Two (2) years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment

• Advanced experience supporting endpoints (desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc.)

• Advanced experience supporting PC operating systems and hardware

• Advanced experience supporting Microsoft productivity applications

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs):

• Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interact with staff at all levels, including VIPs.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and productivity.

• Strong knowledge of personal computers and various software, specifically Microsoft products.

Education:
