The TCSR is involved in the day-to-day operations of the technical phone support of customer OBIX system; identifying and resolving customer’s technical issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
The TCSR delivers a high level of customer service and satisfaction; works well in a team environment and can effectively prioritize and balance a demanding workload.
The TCSR participates in an on-call and shift rotation and demonstrates the ability to work well with a minimal amount of supervision.

This is an hourly role that is between $20-31 / per hour.
