This is an entry level bidding position with room to grow. This individual will work directly with our engineers to fully immerse themselves in our product line. The complexity of the bidding will escalate as this individual progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Customer correspondence as it relates to bidding and first-article inspection (FAI) reporting.
• Utilize engineering-based matrix for custom quotes.
• Organization and prioritization of incoming bid requests.
• First article inspection reporting, which includes (but is not limited to) entering dimensional data obtained by quality control into a formalized report.
• Upkeep of raw material certification database.
• Reviewing all documentation pertaining to each individual bid to ensure compliance.
• Reaching out to outsourced suppliers to obtain quotes for components when necessary.

• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical knowledge is preferred
• Strong computer skills, primarily Microsoft office, Google Sheets, and Teams
• Mechanical knowledge preferred, but not required
• HS Diploma / GED required
