Harrell's Tire and Auto is Hiring a Tire Service Technician Near Southern Pines, NC

Automotive Lube & Tire Technician
Must be experienced with working on various vehicles and proficient with tire mounting. Must provide the basic tools to perform all functions in the job description:

Responsibilities

  • Document and perform work as outlined on repair order
  • Mount, dismount & balance tires on various tire machines
  • Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil; replace oil and air filters.
  • Inspect vehicle fluid levels and recommend, replace or replenish as necessary.
  • Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
  • Communicate with staff to obtain needed parts.
  • Keep shop area neat and clean.
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and safety
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Ability to Lift 75lbs.

Background check and drug screen is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
