Whether it be operating a machine or using a broom you are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. This person will also spend a good deal of time interacting with employees and subcontractors alike, so a people-first mentality and positive attitude is key.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk! About the Role : While no two days look the same here at Harpeth River Asphalt, here’s a brief overview at some of the things you will be tackling : Jobsite Prep and Layout Equipment checks and daily maintenance.

Operating a p aver, paver screed, grader, or rollers. Jobsite Cleaning Qualifications Experience operating any paving equipment.

Must have strong communications skills. Excellent safety awareness and willingness to comply with all company policies and safety standards Must project a positive and cooperative attitude by maintaining courteous and professional conduct.
