Project and Field Management work collectively and collaboratively with Owners, Design Professionals, Trade Partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction in order to build a successful, quality project on schedule in a safe work environment while earning a fair and reasonable profit.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the following capacities:

• Leading the project along with a Project Manager and Superintendent
• Learns what it means to be the main point of contact for the job site
• Assists and upholds Safety expectations and requirements 
• Participates in the critical field decision-making process and understands where to get assistance
• Assists and learns to oversee the project to ensure timely and appropriate decisions
• Oversees project activities such as sequencing, scheduling, procurement, logistics, quality control, and staffing
• Assists with preconstruction deliverables and estimates as needed
• Leverages project management software (Procore)
• Assists with project start-up activities
• Assists with project reporting and documentation 
• Assists with the coordination of trade partners
• Assists with QA/QC
• Assists with all inspections
• Assists with Project Close-Out procedures
• Assists staff development

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum of 4 years of job site supervision experience
• Proven track record of Safety
• Ability to develop relationships and build trust 
• Ability to communicate with Project Team Members, such as Trade Partners, Design Professionals, Utility Reps, Code Officials, etc.
• Understanding of Construction Plans and Project Specifications
• Ability to understand construction means and methods for all scopes of work
• Assist in coordination meetings with Trade Partners, Owner, Design Professionals, etc. 
• Scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and initiative
• Exceptional listening skills
• Detail-oriented
• Resolving Conflicts
• Timely and accurate follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Utilize BIM technologies
• OSHA 30 Certified
• Valid state-issued license, a satisfactory motor vehicle record, safe driving behavior, and adherence to our Driving Policy

PHYSICAL DEMAND

• Requires work in a variety of conditions relative to construction job site environments and must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, as assigned.
• Weather and climate conditions will vary throughout the progress of a project. Must be able to inspect all ongoing construction activities over the duration of the assigned project.
• Requires walking over varied terrain, climbing, stooping, bending and lifting. Lifting requirements vary from minimal to heavy loads.
• Inspection for quality, consistency, and completeness of work frequently requires climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
