We are a fun family of 6, in Salt Lake City (Holladay), Utah, and we are looking for an amazing family/house assistant. We have four children, ages 18, 16, 12, and 10, a small hypoallergentic dog, age 4. We are transitioning to dual-career parents and looking for someone who can grow with us for a long time to come.

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal family/house assistant will be relaxed, easy-going, communicative, can stick to a schedule and understand boundaries, and is able to stay calm amidst the chaos. We need an assistant who is accustomed to wearing many hats in the home and can jump right in when needed. Organizing, running errands, light housework, laundry, and meal-prep (with attention to varied food allergies and sensitivities) are all things that may be needed in any one day. A college degree is not required but a degree and or experience in personal assisting is preferred.

Job Synopsis:

Family/house assistant duties will include meal prep and occasional cooking (with attention and detail paid to food allergies and sensitivities); laundry; light cleaning such as dishes, counters, and maintaining and organizing the bedroom and common areas; running household errands such as groceries and returns; organizing; booking appointments; assisting with parents' requests.; and occasionally walking the dog. The schedule for this opportunity will be three to five days a week, Monday - Friday, with flexible hours. The salary for this job will be $360-750/week depending on hours, qualifications, and experience. Must have a clean driving record and be a safe driver. We are open to hiring anyone that can speak either English or Spanish.

This great opportunity starts ASAP, but we are flexible for any start date up until June 1, 2024 for the right fit.
