A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are the lifeblood of the essential services that we provide in the community. You assess and reassess all physical, environmental, and emotional factors to determine the home health needs for patients. Working in cooperation with attending physicians, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams (IDTs), you provide continuity of patient care, while promoting their quality of life and independence as well as finding appropriate ways to meet the emotional needs of all involved. You actively participate in the interdisciplinary team conferences. You truly care about your patients! And, your positive attitude filters down to the other staff, as well as patients and their families.

Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills? Are you patient and emotionally mature? Can you make independent decisions with good judgment and also collaborate as a team player? This home health nursing position works flexible hours but is full-time with some responsibility for on-call if desired.
