Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mowing Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. As a member of our mowing crew, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns to the highest standards, ensuring they are neatly trimmed, edged, and free of debris.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on mowing equipment, such as checking oil levels and sharpening blades.
• Trim and edge lawns to create clean lines and polished finishes.
• Remove debris and grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and other areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed, such as planting, mulching, and watering.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care and landscaping, with a focus on mowing.
• Knowledge of mowing equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license .
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
