We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivating Bootcamp Instructor to lead our dynamic fitness classes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness training and have a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals through challenging and effective workouts.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead high-intensity bootcamp-style workouts that incorporate a variety of exercises such as cardio, strength training, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
• Motivate and inspire participants to push themselves beyond their comfort zones and achieve their fitness objectives.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Modify exercises as needed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters camaraderie and teamwork among participants.
• Maintain a safe and clean workout space, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.

Requirements:

• Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred.
• Previous experience leading bootcamp-style workouts or similar group fitness classes.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise technique.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a group of participants and provide individualized attention as needed.
• Current CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
