Harmons is Hiring a Salad Bar Associate Near Riverton, UT
$14.00 - $17.13 PER HOUR GENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all products on the salad bar. This person will be preparing items for the salad bar, mixing salad dressings, setting up and taking down the salad bar and soup bar, preparing to-go salads, sandwiches, and dips, training new salad bar associates, determining production and inventory levels, receiving and stocking product, and provide exceptional customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresEnsures the quality and freshness of all products and services the kitchen providesResponsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the salad barConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad itemsEnsures the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearanceDelivers excellent customer service to all customersPrepares items for the salad bar; greens, walnuts, croutons, beets, bacon, etc.Mixes salad dressingsMixes to-go dipsPackaging to-go soups, salads, and sandwichesSetup and/or takedown of salad bar and soup barAssists as needed to ensure the success of the kitchen as a wholeMARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs other job-related duties as assigned.NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:Consistent and daily interaction with store associatesConsistent and daily interaction with customersTRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
