$14.00 - $18.08 PER HOURGENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh-baked products in the bakery. This person will be following recipes to bake rolls, doughnuts, bagels, cookies, sweet rolls, muffins, brownies, etc. This person will also assist customers when necessary and provide exceptional customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresEnsures the quality and freshness of all products and services the bakery providesResponsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the bakeryConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad itemsEnsures the bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearanceDelivers excellent customer service to all customersFollows production sheets to ensure appropriate levels of Harmons’ fresh baked productsMARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs other job-related duties as assigned.NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:Consistent and daily interaction with store associatesConsistent and daily interaction with customersTRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
