Sales Associate

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
