Harley-Davidson of Rocklin is a family owned dealership located on Granite Drive in Rocklin. We are currently looking to expand our motorcycle sales department with another highly motivated and qualified salesman. Candidates must have motorcycle and auto sales experience. (no exception)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years motorcycle sales experience
• Meet a monthly new and pre-owned sales quota and work 5 day work week
• Follow dealership sales process and maintain accurate records of customers.
• Strong computer efficiency, must utilize dealership CRM to manage customers.
• Must be proactive with phone calls, outbound contacts and setting appointments.
• Use floor time effectively to determine and meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products.
• Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits. Provide informative walk-around presentations to potential buyers.
• Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands.
• Maintain profit margin objectives for all vehicle sales.
• Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement, as well as current CA salesperson's license. Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

Applicable experience in big ticket retail sales strongly preferred. A passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community is a plus. Must have ability to relate with broad customer base. High energy level needed.
