SUMMARY/SCOPE:

The Coordinator of Campus Visit Experience strives to maintain excellence relative to guest services and experience. The coordinator manages all aspects of HSU’s prospective student visits and on-campus events to provide programing for prospective students and families. The coordinator represents the face and spirit of the university by ensuring excellent customer service and quality follow-up and reporting for all campus visitors for international and domestic, undergraduate and graduate admission.
