Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company to ensure financial health and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of accounting; oversee general ledger accounting, corporate accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and technical accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including regulatory reporting.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.
- Oversee financial management activities, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
- Manage governmental accounting requirements.

Skills:

- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and corporate accounting principles utilizing QuickBooks Online. Current QBO Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts payable processes, and technical accounting standards.
- Understanding of debits, credits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and governmental accounting practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
