SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Cashiers and Cooks provide each customer with a positive customer service experience, prepare quality food products and keep the restaurant clean, pleasant & safe for all customers & employees. Customer Service / Cashier and Cook Responsibilities:TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide world class customer service at all times to our guests
• Smile & greet guests and request order immediately upon arrival
• Take orders & enter them into the point of sales terminal accurately
• Suggestive sell & answer menu questions
• Assemble orders, including condiments & other service items needed or requested
• Handle all cash & credit card transactions
• Clean & stock beverage bar.
• Clean dining room tables & seating.
• Recognize & adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies & procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management & fellow team members.
• Complete all the paperwork as required by the company and follow all policies & procedural guidelines as implemented by the management team.
• Cashiers and Cooks must also complete all the tasks delegated by the management before & after their shift.

PREREQUISITES:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Experience and Skills: No previous experience required. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
