Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities that will attract multinational partnerships and new investors to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Speaking Opportunity Identification and Acquisition:

- Research and identify high-impact events, conferences, and forums that align with our organization's partnership and investment goals.

- Proactively reach out to event organizers to secure speaking slots for our executives and thought leaders.

- Develop compelling speaker proposals and presentations that showcase our organization's value proposition and expertise.

2. Partnership and Investor Attraction:

- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders within the organization to define target multinational partners and investor profiles.

- Curate and organize events that attract potential partners and investors, such as roundtables, networking sessions, and investor meetups.

-Capture leads from event and ensure proper followup

- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote our organization's presence and thought leadership at these events.

3. Event Planning and Execution:

- Manager end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, agenda development, and attendee management.

- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as executives, product teams, and marketing, to align event objectives and deliverables.

4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and industry associations.

- Collaborate with the business development and investor relations teams to integrate event leads into their pipelines.

5. Performance Measurement and Reporting:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for events, such as number of qualified leads, partnership opportunities, and investor interest generated.

- Analyze event ROI and provide data-driven recommendations for future event strategies.

- Prepare comprehensive post-event reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in event management, preferably in a business development or investor relations context.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling speaker proposals and presentations.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to align event strategies with business objectives.

- Proficient in event management software, such as Cvent or Bizzabo.

- Willing to travel as required to attend and manage events.
