Harcros Chemicals Inc. is Hiring a Compliance Manager Near Baytown, TX
- Providing leadership and guidance to manufacturing and distribution facilities on projects associated with construction, engineering, and regulatory compliance such as RCRA.
- Coordinate with internal management to develop the conceptual scope of work for construction and site improvements. Coordinate with external vendors to prepare plans and specifications for the approved budgets and oversee implementation of projects.
- Develop/write technical memos, reports, permitting, work plans, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Conduct training for employees as required.
- Employee may perform other related duties as needed by the organization.
- Planning & managing construction projects & budgets
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Civil & Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years experience preferred
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Word Processing & Spreadsheet Software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Proficient Communication Skills with External & Internal Departments
- Knowledgeable on Environmental Regulations
