We are seeking an Analyst to join our Boston team. This person will report to the Director, Corporate Vendor Management Program (CVMP) and will be responsible for assisting with all the coordination, administrative, and technical aspects of CVMP activities for new and ongoing vendor reviews.
The Analyst, Corporate Vendor Management provides overall day-to-day support for vendor management. A key part of this role is leading communication flow with vendors, various lines of business (LOB), and other operational areas such as Accounts Payable, Legal, Compliance, and IT. Administrative tasks include vendor data collection, file organization, data reporting, participating in team meetings, and providing overall support to the CVMP. This role will also assist with initial and ongoing vendor due diligence assessments.
This position will be a hybrid work arrangement working 2-3 days in the Boston office.

What you will do:
  • Provide outreach to vendors for initial and ongoing vendor due diligence questionnaires and documentation
  • Follow-up / coordinate with the LOB and/or vendors on status of vendor reviews and third-party due diligence assessments
  • Assist with coordination and set-up of Vendor calls with the CVMP, LOB, and other teams as needed (IT, Compliance); participate in meetings as needed
  • Ensure CVMP documentation is complete prior to completion of reviews
  • Support completion of the vendor due diligence through conducting initial and ongoing assessments, validating data access and reviewing onboarding documentation.
  • Working with the accounts payable team and local offices, assist with quarterly vendor inventory management
  • Support issues remediation and program enhancements
  • Assist with quarterly metric reporting for the CVMP
  • Assume responsibilities as subject matter expert for the vendor management platform; assist with training system users; coordinate and participate in UAT testing
  • Assist senior management with CVMP or other projects as needed
