Position: Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Distribution Center Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:

● Support warehouse operations in Shipping and/or Receiving Departments

● Provide support in production and assembly.

● Assist with on-site installation, repair, and maintenance.

● Diagnose technical problems and determine the proper solutions.

● Pick and pack outbound shipments using a handheld scanning device.

● Receive product into inventory using a handheld scanning device.

● Provide a high level of customer service and assist with loading orders.

● Assist with inventory control procedures.

● Perform daily computer work related to order processing and shipping systems.

● Complete routine cleaning of the distribution center.

Qualifications:

● At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Ability to learn and operate a stand-up forklift.

● Experience using RF scanners or other barcode scanning systems.

● Customer service experience.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
