Maintenance assistant is a full-time , hourly position from 8am-4pm. The maintenance assistant performs maintenance and repair of physical structures of building by performing the following duties :
- Collects and review daily maintenance requisitions for facility. Reviews information, establishes priorities and replaces, repairs or resolves problems.
- Perform job duties in accordance with the facility guidelines and consistent with state and federal law.
- Responsible for maintenance of facility equipment.
- Experience with electrical, HVAC and plumbing helpful.
- Maintain logs such as hot water temps, emergency generator checks, MSDS sheets, fire extinquisher checks as requested.
- Other duties as requested by Maintenance Director or facility Administrator.
