We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage enthusiast to manage our beverage program and assist in day to day operations within the multiple outlets at Harbor View Hotel! This exciting role allows creativity, growth of management skills and seeking excellence in fine dining restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full inventory of liquor and beer, includingaccurate and timely inventory submissions to finance.
• Manage electronic purchasing/inventorytracking system and ensure adequate par stock of liquor and other cocktail ingredientsare on hand.
• Monitor supplies on hand for the properstocking of bar area condiments and other service items. Establish required parlevels and adequate lead times for timely re-ordering.
• Create cocktail recipes and costing and work with seniormanagement on establishing menus and pricing for all outlets.
• Control quality and consistency of all drinks and to ensure allguest needs are met through quality service.
• Work closely with the F&B Director to implement a more robustbeverage and operations program for all outlets
• Manage the daily operations of the restaurants and bars, alwayskeeping Guest Satisfaction as the number one priority.

Qualifications Required:

• Must have at least 1 years' experience in fine dining restaurantmanagement
• Excellent people skills and possess a positive, outgoing, and naturally curious personality.
• Ability to follow all Harbor View Hotel standards policies and procedures.
• Ability to work productively with other employees as part of a team.
• Ability to handle obstacles in a positive and professional manner and to effectively communicate these problems, along with suggested solutions
• Legal ability to work in the US.
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English Language. Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to work a flexible workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays.
