Harbor Pacific Contractors is Hiring an Estimator Near Woodinville, WA

Experience in heavy civil and/or water wastewater. Structural and mechanical estimating on wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and industrial and transportation projects is a plus. Responsible for bid preparation from quantity take-off thru bid day close-out, subcontractor and material bid solicitations, and database management for WinEst or HCSS estimating software. 5 years of experience with public works bidding is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
