We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Human Resource Assistant position in the Beaumont area.
Job Description :
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Qualifications :
- 3 years’ HR experience preferred
- Experience working in healthcare - preferred
- Must be organized, detail orientated, and efficient
- Participate in data collection and assembly for reports
- Facilitate communication between site location(s) and corporate
- Accurate file maintenance
- Actively participate in department committees / group meetings
- Required - experience working with Excel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
