Title: Immigration Attorney (Must Speak Spanish)

Location: Queens, NY

Salary: $80k-85k (Contingent on experience and education)

Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top tier boutique law firm who is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add another Spanish-speaking immigration attorney to their team.

What We Are Looking For...

• At least 1 year of experience working on family-based immigration cases
• New York, New Jersey and Kansas State Bar License (preferred) if you are an attorney
• Must have experience preparing and filing the following applications: I-130, I-192, I-212, I-360, I-485, I-589, I-601, I-601A, I-765, I-918, I-918B, N-40, and EOIR-42B
• Fluency in Spanish is a MUST

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors (preferred)
• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school (preferred)
