Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all matters related to immigration, including visas, citizenship, asylum, and deportation defense.
- Prepare and submit applications, petitions, and appeals, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in immigration courts and before government agencies.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest immigration laws and policies.
- Work collaboratively within our team to develop innovative legal strategies.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a state bar.
- Demonstrated interest in immigration law, with internships or clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- A proactive, innovative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
Note: The interview session will be held in Wall Street, NY 10005, while the law firm is located in Flushing, Queens.
