Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Duties:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices and terms of agreements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to manage stock levels efficiently
- Support production planning by ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Assist in contract management and compliance with procurement policies
- Utilize procurement software for purchasing activities
Skills:
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms for procurement processes
