Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain a polished and organized entrance area.
- Answer phones, provide information, and assist with inquiries.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth guest transitions.
- Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guests with information about menus, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor and manage the waiting list during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance and waiting areas.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Assist in handling guest concerns and resolving issues.
- Uphold a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional guest experiences.
