Provide direct client care in one on one and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisors.
Ensure all required reports or documents and tasks are completed on time.
Effectively communication with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the clinical supervisor.
Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Must have Registered Behavior Technician Certification
High School Diploma; college degree is preferred
Experience with autism or other intellectual disabilities strongly preferred.
