Job Overview:
We are seeking a positive, energetic and coachable Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of shakes and loaded teas to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure that each customer has a positive experience.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of shakes and loaded teas
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
A part-time or full-time role with no experience needed!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
