Hanwha Advanced Materials is Hiring a Sales Analyst Near White, GA

Job Summary:

The Sales Analyst will be instrumental in understanding and representing the sales data landscape of our company. They will analyze sales figures, market research, and industry trends to help make informed decisions about sales strategies and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate sales data to track performance against sales targets and identify areas of opportunity or underperformance.

2.Reporting: Develop regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and market analysis. Present findings to the sales team and upper management in a clear and concise manner.

3.Forecasting: Use historical data and market trends to create accurate sales forecasts. Assist in setting realistic sales goals based on these forecasts.

  1. Performance Tracking: Monitor ongoing sales performance, comparing actual results to forecasted figures, and suggest adjustments to strategies as necessary.

5.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive behavior, and customer preferences.

6.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support for sales initiatives.

7.Sales Strategy: Assist in the development of effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights.

8.Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

9.Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced analytics tools and software to optimize data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS).

Certifications in data analysis or related fields.

You should be proficient in:
