Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service Department telephone calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.
• Schedule customer service appointments via phone and in person.
• Process inbound and outbound service rental vehicles.
• Respond to web and app-based inquiries submitted by customers.
• Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders and to reschedule missed appointments.
• Scan service documents into electronic archival system.
• Perform various clerical jobs as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Follow up with customers that missed scheduled appointments.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with team members and dealership management.

Pay range

New hires start between $16.00-$17.00 per hour; based upon qualifications and experience. The range may increase to between $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
