Job Title : Senior Vice President, Delivery (Energy & Utilities)

Location : Allentown, PA or Remote Based, US Only

About The Role

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of all aspects of the P&L for the CIS-S and CIS-B product lines. This includes leading a large team ( 100) including R&D, client services & support, SaaS operations, project activity, product lifecycle, and collaborating with account management, sales team & Chief Product Officer (CPO) to align current and future work activities.

This role will require strategic oversight and leadership while consistently achieving high benchmarks of customer and client satisfaction, operational efficiency, staff effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and patient / user engagement.

About You :

• You are a highly enthusiastic individual who has previously built, provided leadership, and inspired high performing software development teams with a strong culture of success including working closely with your senior managers, design and evolve team organizational structure and systems to ensure the team can scale, evolve, and continuously improve based on business needs.
• You have a proven track record collaborating effectively cross-functionally with product management, operations, and IT stakeholders with 15 years of progressive leadership with large scale change initiatives demonstrating success in systems development and deployment, including leading a diverse functional team / organization within the energy & utilities industry.
• You are highly proficient with industry standard technologies and have extensive senior leadership experience within the US energy & utilities industry, including leading large geographically dispersed teams whilst creating a high-performance culture and previously worked vendor-side / enterprise software development.

This is backed by your strong delivery discipline and focus on the operational excellence, quality, and client experience.

• You have a strong commercial acumen that is coupled with an understanding of technical domains (including product delivery and support lifecycles, leading technical teams and see yourself as a well-rounded leader that will be able to take software products and services to the next level.
• Your are skilled and strategic at managing executive, project and budget as required with high levels of accuracy giving nuanced commentary to identify trends and business strategy with the ability to drive organizational change while not allowing operational challenges or issues become obstacles to reaching end goals.

This is aided by your ability to think conceptually and effectively translate concepts into practical and executable plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will embrace globally distributed delivery teams, optimizing Hansen's regional delivery centers and client-local service locations, to meet company and client requirements while championing the Hansen corporate ethos, values, standards, methodologies, policies, toolsets at all levels of the teams you provide direction to.
• Your leadership will aid in the direction of software development and services for the multiple product lines with responsibility for delivery success including on-time, high quality and within budget that optimizes client experience across different delivery models including on-premises installations through to SaaS, with ongoing product releases and customization services.
• You will partner with CPO and Product Managers related to product investment requirements, product roadmap and delivery of agreed R&D projects.

and liaison with Account & Regional Managers and Sales Teams related to client projects, delivery activity and presales requirements promoting growth at Hansen.

• You will manage and take a strategic view in making people, R&D and general operational decisions which lead to futureproofing of the business as well as fostering growth that will include reviewing and managing performance data (financial, sales, marketing, development progress, service desk calls, and resource utilization) while engaging with sales, account management and regional management to ensure that all opportunities are followed-up and exploited to maximize productivity.
• You will lead project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control while also estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for various projects.
