Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

(On-site, 4 days a week near Southlake/Grapevine area)

An established tech company in the DFW area seeks its foundational analytics hire to lead and oversee the marketing analytics function for both B2B and B2C segments. This position has the opportunity to build and grow marketing analytics (start-up vibe) within the stability of a profitable and public company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics function.
• Build and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to C-suite stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting frameworks & dashboards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract insights from large datasets.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys to optimize marketing strategies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities against set KPIs.
• Leverage experience in both B2B and B2C environments to tailor analytics approaches for each segment.
• Guide data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7 years experience with marketing analytics
• Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Experience building dashboards utilizing Tableau
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Kentico, and Tableau
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience building a team from the ground up is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
