The Compliance and Risk Supervisor will monitor and work with the Operations staff & drivers to maintain DOT compliance. They will maintain a daily audit process in prevention of daily violations with full accountability. They will work with Terminal Managers and Regional Managers for coaching and CA's of those drivers that fall out of compliance or do not follow DOT and company Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Manages HOS for their assigned locations; verify accuracy and legal compliance.

• Monitor Samsara cameras for risk behaviors and address with drivers and I/C’s

• Resolve UVA issues with terminal locations.

• eDVIR oversight – ensuring eDVIR’s only allow safe equipment on the road.

• MMR management for I/C’s at assigned locations.

• Log audits – to continually audit a minimum of 10% of drivers at assigned locations.

• Facilitate D&A management; D.O.T. recert physicals.

• Uphold the company’s core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and

Safety.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree preferred

• 5-years’ experience in FMCSA/DOT management

• Supervisory skills for subordinate team members

• Ability to interface and communications skills with all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in MS Office required. Experience with Magnus, Idelic, Samsara preferred.

• Ability to travel as needed.
