Leasing Manager

Expected annual earnings: $170,000 to $300,000

Hansel Leasing is seeking a professional Leasing Manager to serve our current clients and create new clientele to grow our business.

Desired Candidate:

-Daily prospecting, engaging with financial decision makers

-Must have strong desire to succeed and be self-motivated

-Great communicator and customer service

-Organized and detail oriented

-Professional appearance

-Ability to work full time, in the office (Santa Rosa) or remotely

-Pass background checks, and drug testing

-Valid California driver's license

-Valid Salesperson license

Experience:

• Prefer business-to-business sales experience OR banking, leasing, finance or private equity experience

• Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Marketing

• A proven track record of success in the financial service industry

Compensation

The Leasing Manger Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $8,500.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
