Hansel Parts Center in Santa Rosa is looking for an experienced Dealership Parts Counter Professional to join its awesome team! This individual will learn and understand customer needs and be able to utilize our CDK system to locate the right parts.

Pay Scale

The monthly Parts Counterperson compensation is expected to range from $35,500 - $75,000.00, depending on experience and job performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Greet customers with a smile

· Look up parts using an automating tracking system

· Maintain a clean and neat showroom

· Discuss parts and other products with enthusiasm

· Rotate between front and back counters as needed

Qualifications and Skills

· 2 years of experience at a Dealership Parts Counter

· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Knowledge of cars and trucks especially helpful

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

· Work well with deadlines

· Maintain a high level of performance

· Familiarity with Parts

· Ability to multi-task

· Pass a background check

· Pass a drug test

Pay Defined: The Parts Counterperson position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45

plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
