Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for year-end statutory audit and internal controls. This candidate will also be responsible for driving key financial insights and analytics for the organization to make sound financial and strategic decisions. This includes managing, consolidating, and reporting monthly, quarterly forecast and annual budget plans.
Primary Responsibilities

• Managing the consolidation and reporting of Hanon Systems USA Financials. Includes the following:
• Full Income Statement and Balance sheet responsibility.
• Monthly outlook reviews with manufacturing general manager and regional controller.
• Reconcile cash flow
• Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation process ensuring accurate revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Quarterly analysis.
• End of month accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper reporting across the team and provide constructive feedback as required.
• Improves, develops, and enforces accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
• Analyze detailed financial information along with current and past trends in key performance indicators to provide accurate and timely financial and operational recommendations for decision making purpose

Years of Experience

• 5 years' experience

Degree Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required. CPA or MBA is strongly desirable.

Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills required.
• Hyperion, QAD, and other financial systems experience a plus.

Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.)

• Overtime to support reporting cycles as necessary.
