Small consulting firm with local, regional and national nonprofit clients offering a position for a very technologically proficient individual to support client operations and projects.

Position may be full or part time with lots of opportunities to learn and grow professionally and create new systems and improve operations.

Absolutely must be highly motivated, self-starter seeking to improve functionality, bring new ideas and ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Must be very proficient with G suite, file sharing, data management. New ideas and best practices most welcome in streamlining operations and enhancing service for clients.

Position is on-site in order to learn the role, receive mentoring and support in getting on board and highly trained. Excellent compensation.

• Assist with client services and association / foundation programming.
• Assist with timely and accurate data entry into various tracking systems.
• Assist with communications, including preparation of social media posts, gift acknowledgements etc.
• Prepare materials for meetings and events
• Become proficient on all office systems, such as : internal filing systems, program tracking, donor database, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.
