We are looking for a Legal Secretary to handle the day-to-day operations for our workers' compensation clients. Our ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, organized and has the ability to multi-task and be a team player.

Legal Secretary Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to general emails
• Open new case files and enter the information into our case management system
• Request medical records
• Prepare legal documents such as employee claim forms, subpoenas, requests for hearings, etc.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Occasionally meet with new clients to obtain general case information
• Provide general administrative support
• Other tasks that may arise

Experience is not required but preferred.

Candidate must have a basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
