Job Summary:

Generally, receives orders via email, phone, and other electronic means. Works closely with Executive Chef, Sales and Events Team. Duties include corresponding with customers, curating menus, menu entry and edits using Caterease software, distributing menu details to all stakeholders. The job involves keeping track of all menu changes in real-time, offering administrative support and answering phone calls.

Job Duties:

? Curating Menus with Chef’s

? Imputing the menus in catering software, and other software’s

? Updating menus

? Distributing menus

? Tracking menu changes

? Working with Customers 

Requirements

Sales/Operations Admin Skills & Qualifications:

? Electronic mail software (Microsoft Outlook)

? Catering Software (i.e.,Caterease, Foodstorm, Curate, etc.)

? Computer Savvy

? Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)

? Word processing software (Microsoft Word)

? Desktop and/or notebook computers

? Detail oriented

? Good spelling acumen

? Familiar with Cooking terms

? Can work well in a fast paced environment

? Works well with creative personalities

? Open to Changes/flexible
