Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify the type of assistance the customer needs;
- Scan and electronically file incoming orders for nay DME items;
- Filling of other documents, i.e. billing;
- Verify patient eligibility with insurance carriers;
- Communicate effectively with patients and professionals in clinics, hospitals, and facilities;
-Help in other or special tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, with a focus on excellent customer service;
- Demonstrate computer literacy with the ability to learn the company's software system;
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, 10-Key by touch, type at least 45 WPM;
- Ability to reason, problem solve, and use critical thinking skills;
- Multi-task a variety of duties while maintaining a positive attitude;
- Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Well-spoken and ability to communicate effectively through phone, fax, email, and face-to-face.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
