Accountability Clerk duties include: Review of all batch production documentation for accuracy and completeness, verify and reconcile material counts, review mathematical calculations & conversions for accuracy, investigate errors/discrepancies, enter data in tracking database(s), and assist on packaging line as needed. Verify accuracy of returned component and label quantities, complete accountability worksheets, production order, formula card, and material requisition documents. Scan all production records and maintain electronic files. Prepare monthly reports.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Education/Experience: High school or equivalent, 6 months in a production environment preferably in a regulated industry.
